Features:
- Low Maintenance: Dependable, conservative design with few moving parts assures minimum stress on parts under load. Drive bearings are only item requiring lubrication.
- Installs Easily: Each conveyor is assembled and test run before shipment and installed as a unit, not as a series of short sections or loose parts. Compact easy to service design fits problem areas. Drive can be installed anywhere along or on either side of the unit.
- Self-Cleaning - Leakproof: Smooth, continuous one-piece trough and gentle hopping action eliminates hang-up of material and possible product contamination. Cleanliness is assured because of no return run where material can spill.
- Adaptable: Conveys a wide variety of free-flowing and difficult to handle materials. Self leveling action provides steady flow. Progressive discharge through multiple points can be arranged. Direction of material travel can be changed while in motion. Intensity of vibration can be varied to agitate material or gently convey materials where degradation may be undesirable.
- Quiet Operation: A properly installed SYNCRO-SHEAR is virtually noise-free when operating empty. Through careful selection of the vibration intensity, the combination of trough stroke and frequency, material can be moved at a consistent rate at sound levels meeting the most stringent restrictions.
- Economical: Low first-cost especially on longer units. Exclusive SYNCRO-COIL drive allows long units with single, low horsepower drive.
